MAS Website Review

3 words:  CRAP.  CRAP.  CRAP.

A website is supposedly to assist in gathering information and to reduce telephone traffic.  Companies’ do not require to employ a building full of operators to handle sales which subsequently aid in minimising overheads.  So, my question is, what’s the point of spending millions on designing a website that does not even function properly?

Welcome to MAS website.  Oh… it loaded quickly enough on its homepage.  Luring you with their super attractive offers and elevate your mood tremendously until you click on the offers.  Offers that never could load.  After about 10 minutes, a connection error page appeared.  Honestly, I don’t know which is more frustrating, being put on hold for 10 minutes or staring at a blank screen with great anticipation for 10 minutes.  Your initial elevated mood suddenly collapsed with your day being made worse than before.

Since MAS doesn’t seem to be able to cope with advance technologies, I decided to revert to good ole’ telephone calls.  Dialed their customer service, guess how long was the wait…. 15 mins!!!!  And still no answer!!!  Obviously they must have reduced their operators under the delusional impression that their website is in excellent working condition.  The recorded voice just can’t bloody stop telling me to check out their website.  Well, I’ve got news for them, your website is NOT BLOODY WORKING!

Phew!  In the event that someone from MAS do chance upon my relatively unknown blog, I hope you do take my criticisms positively and try to improve your website and customer service.
